What are Anxiety and Depression?
Anxiety is about getting caught in ‘thought loops’ about your future. We get trapped worrying about what might happen – and this worry can result in feeling paralyzed or a complete meltdown in severe cases.
Depression is often about getting caught up in ‘though loops’ about the past. We feel sad, burdened and even paralyzed to move forward because our thoughts no longer are able to re-member, (or connect) with those things that brought us joy and happiness.
What are the symptoms?
Anxiety: Feeling stressed, worried, fear, panic, uneasiness, sleeplessness, escalated heartbeat, breathing difficulties, throat tight, tingling in the hands/feet/extremities, sweating, or even a total meltdown/panic attack.
Depression: Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, irritability, lack of motivation, tired, a feeling that nothing matters, over sleeping, crying, withdrawing, or reckless behavior.
What is the cure?
Since Anxiety is often about the future, and depression often about the past – we need to learn to live, in a very practical way – in the present. Being present without anxiety or depression is a learned skilled. You will learn the FIVE POWERFUL, PROVEN techniques that WILL MAKE CHANGE in how you feel.
